Coach Yasu Minoda

M.S., NSCA-CSCS Certified

 

Coach Yasu earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he played on the Men's Tennis Team for 4 year. In addition, he also holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas where his graduate studies primarily focused on physiological adaptation with emphasis on human performance.

 

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has been applying his knowledge and skills to help athletes reach peak physical performance.

 

For over a decade, Coach Yasu has been dedicating his time and effort helping athletes of all ages reach their maximum athletic potential by analyzing strengths and weaknesses in every athlete that he trains.

Dr. Brandon Smith, EdD

Human Performance & Rotary Specialist

 

Dr. Brandon Smith is a rotary (rotational) performance and sports rehab specialist.

 

Brandon has 5 college degrees, specifically in clinical kinesiology, rehabilitation, exercise science, physiology and neuroscience. He also has over 17 certifications in this field, making him the prime candidate for you.

 

He has worked with the NFL (combine), NBA, USA Olympics in Colorado Springs, and top ATP/WTA tour players.

 

He studied sports performance the last 15 years of his career, focusing on foundational power principles in rotational athletes.

 

When you see him, you will go through a comprehensive physiological analysis, comprising of a screening and mobility/flexibility analysis. We then move into motor coordination and learning drills to see bodies rotational abilities, stability and capabilities. We follow with time tested power, force output, quickness, speed, reaction and agility tests using technology to monitor our data.

 

Our focus is getting to the bottom of ailments, dysfunctions and faults in movement, and performing specific drills with high level programming to help the student athlete succeed in their sport.

Coach Ethan Johnson 

M.S. Exerceise Science

CSCS  

 

Coach Ethan Johnson graduated magna cum laude from California State University, San Marcos, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, emphasizing Movement Science. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Coaching and Exercise Science from Concordia University Irvine. 

 

Coach Ethan has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports including tennis, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, football, and volleyball and at every level of competition, from youth and high school to collegiate, semi-professional, and professional level. He combines his academic expertise in human performance with practical coaching strategies to enhance athletic development, movement efficiency, and overall performance.

 

His experience as a collegiate athlete at Cal State San Marcos where the lacrosse team earned a national top-10 ranking instilled in him a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and evidence-based training.

 

Coach Ethan’s coaching philosophy focuses on developing the athlete as both a competitor and a person. He strives to build well-rounded individuals by integrating sports science, strength and conditioning, and character driven coaching to help athletes reach their highest potential on and off the field.
